How Do I Know The Condition Of The Gently Worn Clothing Items? TOP
In order to assist you in buying your clothes, we have developed a system for noting the condition of all of our resale items. It is as follows:
New: These items are new with tags and right off the rack quality.
New With Tags: Product is new and still has sales tags still connected to product.
New Without Tags: Same as New or New With Tag but without tags or not all tags are with product.
Used: These clothes were previously worn and the clothes show no sign of wear
Excellent: These items show only very slight wear, possibly very light fade or pilling as is normal for lightly worn or washed clothing.
Fair: These clothes have more wear or pilling, but no stains, rips, tears etc. They also have lots of life left in them.
Acceptable: These are clothes that may have a stain, small rip or tear, show more fade and pilling than other clothes, or may be obviously hand-me-downs.
What Will My Experience With Shopping At Syd's Lil Shop Be Like? TOP
The Syd's Lil Shop will be a safe and secure place for our parents or expecting parents to shop at their own time and place.
What Type Of Payment Do You Accept? TOP
We currently accept payments thru PayPal. In the future we will be offering Google Checkout for our customers.
What Are The Shipping Policies? TOP
We currently ship within the United States. Please contact us if you are requesting to ship to an address outside of the United States. This will require us to research afford able shipping rates for you.
How Often Is New Inventory Added? TOP
New items are added each week. Our selections changes on a regular basis, so be sure to check back often for new items.
What Is Your Return Policy? TOP
Please note that any products listed as New, accessories and feeding supplies are not acceptable returns at Syd’s Lil Shop. All other items that that are not listed in the above categories and are listed as used items we will accept returns on.
If an item qualifies as a return we will refunded back to you the original method of payment minus shipping costs, optional shipping insurance and a 15% restocking fee of subtotal price (before S&H & insurance). Please note the items that qualify for returns need to be returned to Syd’s Lil Shop within 10 business days of delivery receipt. Please note that we currently do not offer return shipping. Returned items must be in the same conditioned as they left and original packaging quality. If item looks as if it was used by customer before it was returned then customer will not receive any form of credit for the return.

Please know that every effort is made to see that you are satisfied with your purchase from Syd’s Lil Shop. There are, however, items that will be non refundable due to the fact that they are custom creations and have been designed specifically for you and may also have been personalized.

We use the information that you provide for our purposes only. We take our customer's privacy very seriously. We DO NOT sell or share your information with anyone. If you sign up for our mailing list you will receive periodic e-mails informing you of sales, new inventory, or changes to the site.

We will periodically be offering discounts and specials. If you join our mailing list you will be sent a newsletter and notification of new sales, specials and discounts.
Does Syd's Lil Shop Offer Gift Certificates? TOP
We love the fact that you would want to share us with family and friends. We will be offering Gift Certificates in the near future. When this available we will offer gift certificates in $5 increments.

We try to offer many different choices here at Syd’s Lil Shop that represent what Moms are looking for today. Unfortunately, it is just not possible to carry every brand and line.
